Agreements · England & Wales

Four agreements, one fixed price each, built from your own figures for both of you.

Enter your details once and the agreement is drawn as a deed with its schedules, recitals and certificate pages, for each of you to take advice on and sign. Nothing you type is stored by us.

How it works

One case file, every document

Build your case file, together

Answer plain-English questions about each of you: the home, savings, debts, pensions, income and what you have agreed. It stays on your device.

Choose your agreement

Pre-nuptial, post-nuptial, cohabitation or pet-nup. Each is drafted as a deed from the figures you have already entered, with its disclosure schedules and certificates of advice.

Check, take advice and sign

Read every figure and clause before you sign. Each of you should take independent legal advice. You are responsible for accuracy.

A fair start

The conversation is the hard part. The paperwork shouldn't be.

Most couples have never seen a nuptial or cohabitation agreement before. AgreeReady asks you plain questions and uses your answers to draft the agreement, the schedules and the certificates, so that what you have agreed is written down properly and you can get on with your lives.

The agreements

One price for the agreement and its schedules, for both of you

Each agreement is built from the figures and words you enter, as a deed, for you both to check, take advice on and sign. No lawyer reviews it and nothing in it is legal advice.

One fixed payment per agreement, with no subscription. No VAT is charged. You can build and change the agreement on screen for 42 days from payment, as many times as you like, and download it once. The file you download is yours to keep and edit.

Your agreement

Build your agreement from one case file

Enter your details on the left; the agreement on the right is built from them. Until you replace them, the figures shown are an invented example, Sarah and Mark Collins, so you can see how it comes out.

Case file

Your figures stay on this device. Nothing you type is sent to AgreeReady. On a shared or public computer, save your case file to a memory stick or your own cloud folder and then use “Delete my case file from this device” before you leave, because anyone using the browser after you could otherwise see it.

Parties

Party 1 is whoever is filling this in; the agreement treats you both equally.

Each agreement is drawn as a deed. The parties, addresses, properties, accounts, debts and pensions come from the case file. An agreement cannot stop either party applying to the court, but one made properly, with disclosure and advice and without pressure, is usually given decisive weight.

A fair start

The kindest time to agree what is fair is when nobody needs it to be.

Pink spring blossom under a pine tree in a park A garden bench against a brick wall with a sign reading Love is here A pink and lilac dawn sky over a line of trees A bench among red and pink azaleas in a sunlit garden A pink and gold sunset over the sea from a shingle beach A pale dawn over a calm sea and a rocky shore

Your agreement

Write it down while you are both smiling.
