How to reach us

We answer email within two working days. We cannot give legal advice about your case by email or in any other way, but we can help with anything about the website, a document you have bought or a payment.

Email

Generalhello@agreeready.com for questions about the site, a document or a payment. Complaintscomplaints@agreeready.com, see below. Lawyershello@agreeready.com if you are a solicitor, barrister or mediator who would like to be listed on our Suggested lawyers page, or to be removed from it. There is no fee and no referral arrangement. Presshello@agreeready.com, marked "press".

We do not have a telephone line or an office you can visit. Please do not send us court papers, Forms E or anything about your case: the case file stays on your device and we do not need or want your documents.

The company

AgreeReady is a trading name of Split Right Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17351365. Registered office: [registered office address]. Directors: Maria Scotland and Melanie Scotland. Split Right Ltd is not a law firm and is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority or the Bar Standards Board; see our legal disclaimer.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, tell us. Email complaints@agreeready.com with your name, the email address you used to pay, what went wrong and what you would like us to do. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and give you a full written response within 14 days. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind, but if there is a fault with your document, tell us what is wrong and we will make sure it is fixed for you; if it cannot be put right, you may be entitled to some or all of your money back under the Consumer Rights Act 2015; see the terms.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can refer the matter to a certified alternative dispute resolution body or use the courts. Because Split Right Ltd is not a law firm, the Legal Ombudsman cannot consider complaints about it. Your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything here.

Social media

From launch we will post on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn as remedyready (or remedyreadylaw where that handle is taken) and the posts are archived on our blog. Please do not ask about your case on social media: we cannot answer and anything you post there is public.

Not legal advice. AgreeReady is a document-preparation tool and information service run by Split Right Ltd. We are not a law firm, we are not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority or the Bar Standards Board and we do not give legal advice or act for you. Every couple's circumstances are different and our guidance describes the law in general terms and may contain errors or become out of date: check important points with your own adviser and take independent legal advice, each of you from a different solicitor or a barrister instructed directly, before you sign anything. Our Suggested lawyers page explains how to find one. Read our legal disclaimer
