Our ethos
Resolution and a new start
We are sisters. We are both single parents and each of us went through divorce while caring for our children and working.
We each reached an amicable settlement by taking a measured, child-focused approach and doing our own paperwork.
We know the stress and the emotional toll of divorce and we know how much it matters to keep both the cost and the strain as low as they can be.
We care about resolving disputes ethically: keeping costs down and keeping the wellbeing of the whole family in view. We designed AgreeReady with that in mind, to help you reach a resolution and make a new start.
Our symbols
Why sparrows?
Sparrows are small, ordinary birds that thrive where others struggle: through hard winters and in the busiest streets. In folklore they stand for resilience, adaptability and a quiet strength that comes from community.
They don't try to be bigger birds. They live within their means and they endure.
That is who AgreeReady is for: people getting through one of the hardest times of their lives on their own resources, without a legal team behind them. You don't need to imitate the other side's lawyers. You need clear, complete papers and the confidence to put your own case.

The sparrows
Resilience and quiet strength. Doing well within your means and not having to face it alone.
The lion and the unicorn
Two very different creatures meeting face to face, as equals. Most cases settle when both sides can do that.
The rising sun
The end of a relationship and the division of assets is the beginning of a new life.
Who we are
"Most people in these cases are doing their best with forms they have never seen before. They deserve papers that are as clear and complete as their other side's."
AgreeReady is built by Split Right Ltd and designed by a family finance barrister with 30 years’ practice at the Bar of England and Wales.
AgreeReady is independent. It is not part of the court or HM Courts & Tribunals Service and it does not give legal advice.
